Confirm that Raceway Departments, Price Book, and Setup are all copied to the site.
Confirm all equipment is present. (PC, Monitor, Printer, Cables and Handheld Device)
Walk the customer through setting up the computer.
Make sure the customer’s computer has an internet connection.
Get connected using Team Viewer.
Test the handheld device for connectivity, and fetch the Price Book.
Confirm they have products on the shelf, and that everything is priced, tagged, and ready for scanning.
Get them to start scanning, and make sure to test and confirm they are scanning correctly.
Determine whether the customer has received their Sunray username and password.
Have the customer log into Sunray to see if they can connect.
Check with the customer to confirm Raceway setup the Radiant for Back Office.
Confirm that they will get the Store scanned during the first day onsite.
Confirm that the person who attended class has committed their time to work with you.
Confirm that they are going to be open the second day you are onsite.
In case any of the above not checked make sure you let the Support manager know.*
