Confirm Circle K Departments, Price Book and Setup are copied to the site.
Confirm all equipment is present. (PC, Monitor, Printer, Cables and Handheld Device.)
Walk the customer through setting up the computer.
Make sure the customer’s computer has an internet connection.
Get connected using Team Viewer.
Test the handheld device for connectivity and fetch the Price Book.
Walk the customer through setting up the POS for Back Office.
Setup the Poller & SynchPoller and test Communication with the Register.
Determine whether the customer has received their Sunray username and password.
Have the customer log into Sunray to see if they can connect.
Check with the customer to see if the scanner at the POS has been programmed.
Confirm they have products on the shelf and everything is priced, tagged, and ready for scanning.
Confirm with the customer that a scanning team will be ready to scan the store on the first day.
Confirm that the person who attended class has committed their time to work with you.
Confirm they are going to be open the second day you are onsite.
In case any of the above not checked make sure you let the Support manager know.
