SSCS offers training at our Training Center in Salinas at no charge to those on support.
Bring your new PC with you and we will convert the data while you are in class. Or let us
supply you with a new IBM PC.
Support
SSCS seeks and finds the best qualified support technicians available for the job. They are
dedicated to keeping our customers fully operational. Our team is assembled at one location,
Salinas, California, not scattered across the U.S. This enables them to share remedies regarding
training or installation issues. We have a knowledgeable, efficient support service of which we
are very proud.
System Administration
SSCS personnel manage the applications resources for you. The installation and on-going
maintenance of the applications, server, database, communication network, firewalls, etc. are
all administered by a competent staff of SSCS technicians who have the expertise to manage and
maintain your system. The site and home office workstations connect via a web browser to the
server at SSCS' Sunray Internet site. Your database and applications are stored, maintained and
administered completely by SSCS, the people who developed your application.
By selecting SSCS to be your ASP you can concentrate on running your business,
not spending your valuable resources on in-house technical staff, selecting, purchasing,
installing and maintaining equipment.
POS Conversion
This service is available to anyone who wishes to save a POS Price Book file from one
device and convert it to a different POS device format and upload it to the new device. The
brand of fuel is not a factor in this conversion so you can be running any major brand or
independent software.
