CDBWin provides an interface with ALLDATA® Repair, auto repair software that incorporates a database of up-to-date manufacturer’s parts and labor service/repair information for foreign and domestic automobiles and light trucks. The ALLDATA Interface allows you to import estimate lines created with ALLDATA Repair and convert them into an editable CDBWin work order. In addition, you can add line items created in CDBWin to imported, converted ALLDATA estimates, too.
Estimates
Can be generated using the ALLDATA program on the same PC as you are running the Computerized Daily Book or on a workstation on the network.
Labor Entries
View the labor information of any estimate in ALLDATA or in the CDB work order screens. This information can be altered in the CDB auto repair management software by mechanics to reflect any additional activity that occurred.
Parts Entries
ALLDATA contains all parts information for automobiles and light trucks, domestic and foreign.
Maintenance Schedules
ALLDATA will even help you build estimates based on manufacturers recommended service levels. Coupled with a good follow-up program like the CDB offers, this is a great way to increase sales in your bays.
