Data can be passed between the controller and PC onsite using a direct-connect
cable or off-site using a pair of dial-up modems and PCs. Information can be
sent or received.
Scheduling
RS-Poll may be scheduled to poll automatically, allowing for unattended polling. Set the
time the data needs to be polled and the scheduling program does the rest.
Retrieving (Downloading) Data
The RS-Poll Interface retrieves fuel and nonfuel sales data generated by the Radiant Systems Radiant 6.

Once polled, the data can be posted to the Computerized Daily Book, the
most complete daily book program in the industry.

Sending (Uploading) Parameters
The RS-Poll Interface makes programming your Radiant Systems Radiant 6 easy. Data can be uploaded
to the controller enabling you to perform management functions such as
programming retail prices for every PLU or U.P.C item in the CDB from the PC.
There is also an editor for programming departments.
Upload new site parameters and prices for all Radiant 6 store controllers from
a central location, helping assure uniformity among your sites and significantly reducing the
time required to make changes.
