The W-PollWin Interface makes programming your Wayne Plus console easy. Data can be uploaded to the console enabling you to perform management functions such as generating reports, adjusting inventories and up-dating fuel prices on the PC. It also retrieves the fuel and nonfuel sales data generated by the Wayne Plus.
Once polled, the data can be posted to the Computerized Daily Book™, the most complete daily book program in the industry, or the data may be retrieved in ASCII file format to be used with other applications.
Volume and money totals, by cash and credit, fuel inventory, and tank status are among the information that can be polled.
A scheduler program is included that enables the polling process to take place automatically, allowing unattended polling.
You can upload new site parameters and prices for all your Wayne consoles from a central location. This helps assure uniformity among your sites and significantly re-duces the time required to make changes.
The data can be passed between the console and PC on-site using a direct connect cable or off-site using a pair of telephone modems. Information can be sent and received instantly.
The W-PollWin program stores data in an ASCII file. With this information the operator can use the data to create custom reports using other application programs.
