Accounts Receivable is used by retailers to set up a customer list and track customer activity. It also tracks customers who charge fuel and other items throughout the month, or have fleet accounts. Customers can be sent statements bi-monthly, monthly or weekly. These reports can be consolidated for multiple locations. This allows you to track what they owe you and keeps a record of which accounts are delinquent by 30, 60 and 90+ days, and apply finance charges when necessary.
