The HOME OFFICE product collects daily sales, purchases, expenses and current assets and liabilities from remote businesses and places them in a corporate site in the Computerized Daily Book (CDB) program at headquarters. There many users can complete the daily activity.

Accounts Receivable
Using HOME OFFICE you can consolidate accounts receivable charges from all your credit worthy customers regardless of what location they visit and send one statement weekly, bimonthly, or monthly. You can even add finance charges if you want. All collections are recorded at the Home Office.

Accounts Payable
Accounts Payable vendor charges are also collected at the HOME OFFICE. The system consolidates all charges by vendor. The operator can view and print a Cash Requirements report by Due Date or Vendor, then merely select the invoices to be paid and print the checks.

HOME OFFICE integrates with Central Price Book and all our popular POS Interfaces.

Check Writing
Check writing is easy with HOME OFFICE. You can print on continuous forms or on laser-printer checks. The check stub contains the vendor invoice information, updates the check register, checking account balance and reduces the vendor's account balance. Reconciling your checking account is easy with HOME OFFICE.

Asset and Liability Accounts
Home Office permits an unlimited number of asset and liability accounts per site. You can reconcile your credit card account to a bank account with the click of a mouse. Daily deposits recorded in each site are transferred to the Home Office for control purposes. All you need to do is verify the deposits with the bank.

G/L Bridge
HOME OFFICE also supports BusinessWorks general ledger and payroll. Daily or monthly data is transferred to the general ledger. You may already have your general ledger and payroll system in place. No need to replace it. HOME OFFICE sends data to twelve of the most popular G/L's in the market today. It also provides a generic journal entry report or file for unsupported G/L systems.

Checkbook Reconciliation
HOME OFFICE provides the ability to reconcile your checkbook with your checking account statement. You can also reconcile your oil company credit card batches.

Reports
Reports range from daily activity, monthly, and YTD reports. Comparison of sales and gross profit from last week, last month, last year for any date or time frame is available. Charts and graphs are also provided.
