Version 1.2.4

  • Added flag for adding or not adding new items when posting sales. Option is set in Setup.dat:
    [post]

    • When additem = 0, then posting will not add item to CDB when item doesn’t exist in CDB.

    VEH = Vehicle_id
    DRV = License_num
    ODM = Odometer
    EMP = Employee_id
  • Added support to separate fuel sales found in CCARD_SALES files. Format the Setup.dat file as follows:
    [ccard_sales]
    post = 0
    deduct = cdb_level_to_substract_from
    add = cdb_level_to_add_to
    Make sure both cdb_level_to_substract_from and cdb_level_to add_to exist in cdb and not equal to zero and not equal to each other.
  • Added support for different G-SITE field names in CCARD_SALES files for Data fields. Set up Fdmap entry for:
    Data 1 = data1_data, and Data 2 = data2_data
    Depending on data1_desc or data2_desc, and the setup in the Ccard.dat file, the Data 1 or Data 2 values will be mapped to Vehicle ID or License # and Odometer in CDBWin.
